Terms of service

Quotes

Every project is priced in an itemised, written quote after a site visit. The approved quote is final unless you request changes, which are shared and approved in writing before work continues.

Payments

A 10% booking amount, then staged payments tied to completed work. Every payment receives a GST invoice.

Warranty

10 years on woodwork and modular units, 1 year on workmanship for civil, painting and electrical work. Manufacturer warranties apply to appliances and fittings.
